A catalog application to manage spatially referenced Mesocosm data resources. It provides powerful metadata editing and search functions as well as an interactive web map viewer.
View CatalogueTo show the diversity of experimental and environmental conditions of mesocosm experiments within Europe, eight commonly measured mesocosm parameters are visualised. These are: Electrical Conductivity, Oxygen Saturation, pH, Practical Salinity, Surface Temperature, TN (Total Nitrogen),TP (Total Phosphorus), and Total Chlorophyll-a. Query data from mesocosms by facility name, parameter or location. Associated plots are automatically generated and the map is updated to highlight the location of selected data in real time. Data can be viewed as monthly or daily timeseries.
